Currently a J.D. candidate at McGeorge School of Law, he specializes in capital lawyering and is committed to social equity in the cannabis sector.

As a law clerk for Natura Life + Science, Khalil has developed skills in managing legal documentation and conducting research on complex legal issues, ensuring compliance with court regulations. His experience also includes owning a micro-business and a storefront dispensary for two years, providing him with insight into the challenges faced by cannabis entrepreneurs.

Khalil's consulting expertise is noteworthy, having collaborated with various cities and counties across California to develop equity programs. His work includes the City of Richmond, City of Long Beach, City of Sacramento, City of San Diego, Contra Costa County, Humboldt County, and San Diego County.
