Monica Colgan is a Certified Senior Human Resources Manager (SHRM-SCP), small business consultant, and serial entrepreneur who finds inspiration in the power of community and the impact of small businesses on creating meaningful change. With a deep commitment to fostering diversity, equity, and inclusion, Monica thrives on helping entrepreneurs transform their visions into reality. Guided by her Master’s in Organizational Development, she specializes in human resource management, payroll and benefits administration, operations, and organization development, and business start-ups. 

A fourth-generation Seattleite, wife, and mother of three, Monica's journey has been shaped by the joy of building businesses from the ground up, including restaurants, a coffee shop, a wholesale business, a community commissary kitchen, and a consulting firm. What truly motivates her is the opportunity to create systems that not only streamline operations but also empower businesses to flourish, making a positive impact in their communities.
